Taylor Swift has revealed that her forthcoming tour has been inspired by Cirque du Soleil. The 21-year-old country singer takes to the road for the North American leg of her Speak Now tour on Friday, May 27, and said that she has designed her show to mimic the work of the Canadian circus troupe. She told People magazine that fans can expect to see aerialists, dancers, and rainbow-coloured glow sticks. 'It's very theatrical. (It's) all about portraying songs like I see them in my head,' she explained. 'With all the pyro and lighting I've always wanted on tour, it's like a dream come true.'
