Taylor Swift was energized to be on stage the first night of her Speak Now tour. She was appearing in Omaha, Nebraska. Taylor had the words ,”You gotta keep your head up but you can let your hair down.” written down on her left arm. These words are the lyrics to the chorus of “Keep Your Head Up” by Andy Grammer on his newly released self-titled EP. On Taylor’s right hand was her lucky number 13. The audience loved her two-hour set. The songs: “Sparks Fly”, “Mine”, and “Mean” from her Speak Now album were in her two-hour set.

Taylor’s show had nine musicians, eight dancers, and intricate sets for visuals such as a wedding for “Speak Now” and a winter landscape for “Back To December”. Taylor said in People magazine that her tour is “very theatrical”. It is all about portraying songs as she sees them in her mind. “With all the pyro and lighting I’ve always wanted on tour. It’s like a dream come true.”
I think Taylor Swift is a better role model than may pop stars. She gave money to the victims of the Alabama tornadoes and is clean living. Would you attend Taylor Swift’s tours and buy her albums? Would you like to see her in movies like Miley Cyrus?
