Taylor Swift has really enjoyed Lady Gaga’s recent revelation that she cannot restrain herself singing “You Belong with Me” to the top of her voice whenever it comes on the radio and in a way she herself feels embarrassed about later on. But Swift at least doesn’t find any reason to feel embarrassed about that. Rather, the country crooner claims that she was overjoyed when she came to know of Gaga’s fascination for the song.

“That absolutely made my day when I read that because I’m a huge fan of hers,” Swift told CMT Insider, adding, “[hearing] that really, really made me smile. I appreciated that”Gaga has also praised Swift’s prowess as a songwriter. Talking to Show studio, the Telephone singer said “It’s a great song! I think it’s just because it’s very whimsical in a way that I’m not necessarily whimsical every day.
And Swift was too happy to compliment Gaga back. She said that she is great fan of Gaga herself her daring style and the first time she saw her on MTV, she instantly fell in love with Gaga’s songs and downloaded “Just Dance” the same night.
“I remember the first time I ever saw [Lady Gaga] on [MTV's] TRL,” recalls Swift. “She had like a leotard on and I just thought to myself, that’s so daring. Her music must be daring like that and [I] went home and I downloaded ‘Just Dance.’ “
