Swift is looking super sleek! On Saturday, Taylor Swift hit the beach at Atlantis in the Bahamas. The 20-year-old singer showed some skin -- but not too much -- in a high-waisted, polka dot bikini as she dipped her toes in the surf.
The tall, naturally svelte star's beach day was her way to relax before a show at the nearby Paradise Island resort. Swift has said that she keeps in shape through jogs outside or on the treadmill inside her tour bus. "Basically, if I'm indulging too much and not exercising enough, I can feel that," she told Allure magazine last year. "I can feel a change before I see it. For me, working out is not so I can get skinny. It's so that I can keep up my endurance so I'm not panting on stage. Heavy breathing is the worst when you’re in concert. You don’t want to see that if you’re going to see a show."
